On four separate occasions I have had the opportunity to visit Italy,
staying in Rome on each occasion. It is a fascinating city blending
the ancient with the modern. The first link below takes you to the
text of a speech which I presented at several Toastmaster meetings and

which I made on the various trips.

few years I have been teaching myself to read Latin. It is amazing how much
