Details:
- Note the caption in the title bar of the form

- "Home Location" is a label, size
12, font MS Sans Serif, Bold
- Below the "Home Location" label are three
smaller labels (Street Address, City, and State) They are of
font size 8, MS sans serif, bold AND all are right justified.
- To the right of each label in 3 above are three text
boxes with a light blue background.
- Next is another label that reads "Yearly
Expenses" it has the same properties as the label that reads
"Major Home Expenses".
- Below the "Yearly Expenses" lable
is a table made up of label and text box objects.. There
are four labels across the top that read Winter, Spring, Summer
and Fall, and four labels on the left side that read Electricity,
