Voice for the Voiceless ( Nepali
Sign Language to Speech Converter)
An
image processing system to convert the Nepali Sign Language posture to
text and then to speech.
The system includes components to segment hand
region from a video of a person, extract features of hand,
train the
system to classify the features and recognize the features as a
meaningful sign.
