1) Eventually you will get an email in your CS email account inbox from elms_support. No, you can't get the email sent to your Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Spymac or UAH email account; you can, however, put a .forward in your UNIX home directory.

2) Follow the link in the email to the ELSM e-academy web site.

3) Click the Log In button at the top left of the ELMS for UAH page.

4) Enter your username and password given to you in the email from elms_support. Click Log Me In!

5) Click the software button at the top of the page next to Support.

6) Select a software package using the Search by product titles drop down menu (i.e. Windows XP Professional.)

7) Click the Custom radio button (Note: Always verify you are picking the correct radio button if more than one choice is available. Custom is always free. )

8) Click Add to Cart at the bottom left of the screen.

9) Scroll down and click the I Agree button (Note: if you don't agree... you don't get software. It's that simple.)

10) Do you want more software or are you getting one title only?

A) If you want more software you can choose to continue shopping. If you do continue shopping, you will repeat the above steps in an amazingly similar fashion. To choose this option click the very inconspicuous Continue Shopping button at the bottom left.

B) If you are only getting one piece of software (whether you are going return later and get more software or you are just downloading one piece of software) you might consider clicking Check Out.

11) After you have finished (whether for now or for good) you have to click Check Out (eventually) to be able to get your key(s).

12) Now you will see a Customer Information screen. Fill out the information in the three fields marked by an asterisk.

13) Click next at the bottom right.

14) Click the software title and the key will magically appear. (Aren't computers amazing?)

15) At this point you can click Log Out if you are done, Software at the top next to Support if you want to go through the process again (from the beginning), or you can click one of the other buttons to discover what other features ELMS offers you.
